Your responsibilities will include:

• Email and phone contact with clients in German language;
• Classification and resolution of reported problems at the 1st level of support;
• Use and maintenance of databases;
• Providing clients with a high quality standard of services;
• Assisting users in reporting difficulties;
• Cooperation with other departments in the company.

Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of German language;
• Very good/ good knowledge of English; 
• Experience in IT or customer service will be an asset; 
• Strong communication skills.
